Beyond building startups, one of the most grounding experiences in my journey has been volunteering with the Egyptian Red Crescent, one of Egypt's most prominent civil society organizations. It's a reminder that technology should ultimately serve people, and that direct community impact is the most authentic form of building.
The Mission
The Egyptian Red Crescent operates at the intersection of emergency response, humanitarian aid, and community empowerment. As a volunteer, I contributed to outreach programs targeting underserved communities across Egypt, supporting social welfare initiatives, and assisting in emergency relief coordination.
